Good morning from Ipoh. Was at the wake for prayers from 5 pm to 10pm yesterday. It was good to catch up with my extended relatives. There were also a lot of old folks paying their last respects, friends of the family. My second grandma was 83. It was really interesting to hear a lot of stories of the old days.
I will be asking my niece to do a bit of family history project next year. It is important to record these oral history from my parents, uncles and aunties who are now in their in their 70s and 80s.
The funeral will take place today. And I will be back in KL later this evening.
