BFM’s Earth Matters programme with Meera Sivasothy

23 of July – Good morning. Yesterday, I did a 40 minutes radio interview on climate change for BFM’s Earth Matters programme with Meera Sivasothy. The producer Kelly Anissa contacted me 2 weeks ago.

The interview largely recaps the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) caucus meeting in KL. I was also asked about Lynas. On carbon pricing, I also gave my views on crony capitalism and power plant deals in Malaysia. In August, I will be going back to AIPA in Bangkok to sponsor a climate action resolution.
